Hello friends, and welcome to our first video blogs on our health, wellness and yoga movements. This month our topic is ‘Energy’ and who doesn’t need more of that? In fact we were so excited about the subject and our first postings that this video blog comes in a series of 5 posts. Be sure to check them all out. Enjoy that extra pop of energy this month.
This video features one of my favorite essential oil scents. Please remember to always do your research before putting an oil on your skin or ingesting it. If you are using oils they should always be true therapy grade oils. You should always be aware of what oils are safe to ingest, safe to place on skin or safe to inhale.
