This month in honor of dad we are doing a men’s health juice. This particular juice is excellent for prostate health and battling prostate cancer. Fruits and veggies in dark greens, orange and red usually contain high amounts of carotenoids, nutrients that are highly beneficial to prostate health. Some of the top include, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, kale, grapefruit, and oranges. We will be having an independence juice recipe (lots of grapefruit and orange) coming out next month for 4th of July which would also be great for this.

- 2 to 4 tomatoes to taste
- 4 carrots
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Stalks Celery
- 5 Cups Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Lime
- 2 inch Ginger
- 4 to 5 Stems Parsely
- Fresh cracked sea salt to top*
