This is long time family recipe that we since tweaked just with a different sweetener. Easy, quick, refreshing and delicious with just three ingredients. Your favorite fruit, lime juice and your favorite sweetener. We use z sweet, but the real ingredient that makes our fruit salad shine is that lime juice. Ingredients
- Fresh fruits our picks, pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, black berry, grapes, watermelon, and kiwi. (I love banana too but do that right before you serve because they get brown in mixture). There is no amount that is too little or two much. But a made it in a large mixing bowl and it was pretty full.
- Three tablespoons of more to taste lime juice.
- Sweetener (we use z sweet) put in a spoon full at a time you will need minimum 5 to 10 spoon full. Again this is to taste, I like mine liquid the more sweetener the more juice it makes.

Put in bowl cut fruit, add in lime juice, then sweetener one spoon full at a time, then stir till sweetener blends and forms liquid at bottom of bowl. Taste and add sweetener till is at desired sweetness. Put in jelly or mason jars for picnic, lunches or just leave in a pretty bowl for special occasions and enjoy.
