Ingredients Bento #1
- Cream Cheese and Jelly Bagel (Truly Paleo use a nut butter instead).
- Pistasios
- Grapes
- Banana chips unsweet
- Baby carrots
- Paleo Ranch Dressing for Dipping (I use Tessamae’s)

Ingredients Bento #2
- Hazelnut Waffles with maple dip
- Nest egg (if you prefer not to cook through till yolk hard I suggest to use western omelet muffins instead).
- Cashews
- Baby carrots
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries

Ingredients Bento #3
- Salmon Cakes on Lettuce (We make these and the whole family eats them up, including Tristan our now 4 year old, I use regular wild caught salmon with no bones, much easier).
- Plantain Chips and Salsa
- Sliced Apples
- Mimi’s Paleo Brownies

Ingredients Bento #4
- Turkey Pin Wheels (Turkey with peeled, apple, cucumber, carrots and mayo)
- Organic apple sauce
- Cucumber and carrot sticks with tomatoes and gaucamole

Ingredients Bento #5
- Ground pork and beef lettuce wraps (recipe in this cookbook which I recommend, just watch the flours like tapioca, possibly change in some recipes because of blood sugar spiking.)
- Hard boiled eggs
- Tropical Trails mix
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries
