  • Measure cup that measures at least 1 cup and a half.

  • One egg yolk (pasteurized)
  • One full egg (pasteurized)
  • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp and 1/2 salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cups olive oil
