The Mean Green Juicing Recipe

Detox, Green Juice Recipe

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][ultimate_heading main_heading=”About this Recipe” alignment=”left” main_heading_font_family=”font_family:|font_call:”][/ultimate_heading][vc_column_text]Happy New Year to you all. As most do at New Years a lot of you are trying to think about those New Years Resolutions and how we are going to achieve them. If losing weight, or just getting healthier is on your short or long list, juicing is one of the best ways to kick start and continue the way to a healthier life. So in honor of this terrific start I thought I would share one of my favorite healthiest green juice recipes that I got promptly after watching, “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.”  I did my first juice cleanse shortly after watching this wonderful documentary by, Joe Cross.

Now I have been doing a Paleo/Wheat Belly Lifestyle for almost a year now. So rather then seeing huge changes with my weight, like some will see if just starting on a healthier lifestyle, I saw smaller but still amazing changes even in my body. I have not been as good with my exercise regimen as I would like to be honestly. So I am still hanging on to a bit of the weight I gained from pregnancy, mainly belly flab, a little pouch at the c-section I had to have. What happened in 5 days of juicing was amazing on that account. It went from pouch to almost gone! My energy also increased, due to the instant veggie kick start to my blood stream. So, even the healthiest of us needs a little something every now and then.

I hope you enjoy this green mean treat! I love it. It was a great way to start off juicing, the green apple adds a bit of sweet, and the ginger a little zing. If you hate eating veggies what a great way to get in your daily fix. I personally like eating vegetables, but did not always like juices, till now, you just have to have a good mix and a better juicer. I have a Breville. Are you going to juice or go on a detox? Have you already started? When was or when will be your first day? Did you have any adverse symptoms in the first day like most do? How did you get through it and most importantly how did you feel after? Please share below.

Until next time, enjoy the good life!

Then follow the directions of your juicer and juice away. I suggest serving any juice over ice, it adds something to the experience I think.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][ultimate_spacer][/vc_column][/vc_row]
