After all the hard work to get the site launched for our deadline, I decided we needed a margarita. 😉 I’m just sayin’ a girl has just gotta have fun, isn’t that what the song said?
So I was thinking I always thought ginger would be a great complement to mango, and with the tequila in the margarita add a nice punch to the sweetness of the mango, honey and OJ in this adult treat. Remember drinking alcohol is not healthy and should be limited to special occasions, we believe in a moderation of wine, but don’t really drink much else in alcohol, unless at a wedding, Christmas, so on this was for a family birthday this year. At least this keeps out the loads of sugar so forth in traditional mixes.
