Top 5 Gluten Free Beers

{IMG 1539}

If you simply must have beer once in a while or on special occasions like having a green beer on St. Patty’s Day, these are your best options but remember just because they are gluten free, this does not mean they are free from seeds of grass. If you have been free from seeds of grass and like your results, or have since gotten a hold of a meal laced with a wheat or seed of grass product and had an immediate negative result you may be highly sensitive to seeds of grass and want to choose to refrain from beer. You can enjoy an occasional glass of wine without these repercussions and even gain some health benefits, like heart health and help with depression, when drank in moderation. Can you live without beer, or is there another alcoholic drink you are having a hard time letting go of?

Until next time, enjoy the good life,
