Pull all leafs off two to three sprigs of mint and wash. Pat dry then muddle mint. Put a few leafs aside to muddle a little lighter for color and look in milk.

What you see on the mortar is about the consistency you want it should smell strongly of mint. Remember to muddle the little pile you set aside for color as well but only slightly.

Stir in mint it should look something like this, and smell Mojito delicious. You can add more lime essential oil drops if necessary but if you are using a quality grade oil three drops should do it in this mixture.

[vc_single_image image=”594″ border_color=”white” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_outline”]

Use a large funnel to pour mixture into gift bottle. Pour slowly If mint gets stuck and clogs up the funnel use a skewer or your finger to push down mint.
