Hello friends, and welcome to our first video blogs on health and wellness, including yoga movements and basic martial skills. This month our topic is ‘Energy’ and who doesn’t need more of that? We appreciate you more then words can say, thank you for cheering us on, and we can only hope to inspire you along the journey as well. Life is meant to be exciting, joyful, and full of health and happiness. We believe it is our right as well as the right to all human kind to live in this health and well being and the universe has in place all the tools to let that happen we just have to be open to it’s call when it finds us. We all deserve to eat, sleep, and live in a healthy environment and share that with our families. We hope that we can be a source of education and inspiration for your journey as we move along our good life path. One very important thing to remember is to find that peace only the journey and not at the final accomplishments. While goals reached feel great, that moment is short lived, it is just a doorway to the next adventure. Make the journey the good life.
