Mango Coconut Dreamcicle

Mango Coconut Dreamcicle Recipe

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][ultimate_heading main_heading=”About this Recipe” alignment=”left” main_heading_font_family=”font_family:|font_call:”][/ultimate_heading][vc_column_text]As promised for summer time seasonal fun, lots of mangolicious recipes are on our site. Here is another great mango treat a Mango Coconut Dreamcicle “Ice Cream.”

This one is my son Tristan’s favorite so far, I gave him a taste today and promptly took the whole cup from my hand and devoured it. Lucky for me it is another hidden healthy treat, substituting coconut milk for milk or half and half. Bonus, it turned out just as creamy dreamy as regular ice cream, and we can’t even tell the difference enjoy friends.

Is there a favorite fruity seasonal treat you would like to see us do an ice cream or coconut cream on in the future? Please let us know below.

Until next time, enjoy the good life!

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) can of Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbs Pure Vanilla
  • 1 Vanilla Bean (Split and Scraped)
  • 1 cup Mango Fresh (Overflowing)
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 1 tbs Coconut Sugar (Since doing this post we have found coconut sugar acts in the body much like regular table sugar as well as honey. However honey has other nutrients that others don’t and if you use tupelo honey it works well for even diabetics in low amounts. I would suggest subbing with z sweet or another non blood sugar spiking sweetener).
