Minty Mango Granita

Minty Mango granita Recipe

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][ultimate_heading main_heading=”About this Recipe” alignment=”left” main_heading_font_family=”font_family:|font_call:”][/ultimate_heading][vc_column_text]It’s summer and it’s that time of year that the mangoes fall daily from our families mango tree, and they ripen fast. I love mangoes but I don’t always just want to eat mangoes by them-self, so I decided this year to come up with some yummy recipes to enjoy them.

This Granita recipe is the perfect refreshing treat after a long hot day at play or work this summer. It adds a bite of lime, with the added sweetness of honey to the mango in the perfect balance for its two flavor traits. The mint complements and adds to the refreshment of this icy treat.
